Barbeque Nation presents the ‘Indian Barbeque Express’, which will run from February 15 to March 05, 2017 at Barbeque Nation’s 13 outlets in Mumbai (Andheri East, Mulund, Kalyan, Panvel, Lokhandwala,Korum Mall,Ghodbundar, Mahape, Worli, Kurla(West), Nerul, Bandra and Belapur). Gourmands will be taken on a culinary journey across India, and can sample food from different states.
Vegetarians can begin their ‘food journey’ with starters like Lal Mirch Ke Peru and Pineapple (grilled guava and pineapple with a tint of red chili powder) and Crispy Corn (crunchy corn, infused with Barbeque Nation’s signature flavours). Non-vegetarians can begin with Murgh Malai Tikka (chicken marinated in white pepper paste and grilled to perfection) and spicy Ajwaini Amritsari Fish. The buffet also offers a great selection of dishes like Shalgam ka Bharta (an authentic Punjabi curry made using turnips) and Veg Biryani (aromatic pulao slow-cooked to perfection). Meat lovers can relish Banjara Murgh (chicken curry cooked using freshly pounded spices) and Mutton Yakhni Pulav (aromatic rice, fused with flavours of tender mutter pieces).
Guests can satiate their sweet tooth with Assorted Pastries, Beetroot Halwa (halwa made by cooking beetroot in milk) and Kesar Phirnee (a preparation of rice flour and milk), delicately flavoured with saffron.
